Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

You may register for the Service via the web interface or programmatically through the API. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including API keys and workspace tokens. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) transmit malicious software or content; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or systems; (d) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; (e) use the Service to build competitive products or services without written authorization.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Payments are processed through our third-party payment provider (NOWPayments). All fees are non-refundable except as expressly set forth in these Terms or required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period with a 30-day grace period.

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Robots Center, Inc. and its licensors. Your data, traces, eval suites, and configurations submitted through the Service remain your property. You grant us a limited license to process and store your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Our collection and use of personal information in connection with the Service is as described in our Privacy Policy . By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined therein.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. In no event shall Robots Center, Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
