Platform admin console

Users with users.admin=true and a session authenticated in the last 10 minutes can open /admin. This is a platform surface, not a workspace operator screen.

require_platform_admin redirects to /users/log-in with "Re-authenticate to enter the platform console" when the session is older than 10 minutes. Mutations use the same -10 minute sudo check.
